Cómo abonarse a GOLTV
Una vez hayas adquirido tu CAM o su descodificador TDT Premium deberás darte de alta como socio. Sigue las siguientes instrucciones:
1. Busca el canal GOL TELEVISION en la lista de programas de TDT ya sintonizados de tu decodificador o televisor TDT integrado. Si detecta el canal GOL TELEVISION, tu equipo ya está preparado, recuerda que todavía no podrá visualizar el canal dado que está codificado.
2. En caso de que no detecte el canal GOL TELEVISION, resintoniza tu decodificador o televisor TDT integrado buscando nuevamente los canales. Si dispone de un decodificador, al finalizar la función de sintonización aparecerá en pantalla uno de los siguientes mensajes:
o - “Servicios de pago disponibles” en verde: Guarda la configuración. Tu equipo ya está preparado.
o - “Servicios de pago no disponibles” en rojo: Tu televisión no recibe el canal de GOL TELEVISION. Ponte en contacto con un instalador.
3. Una vez el decodificador o televisor TDT integrado detecta el canal de GOL TELEVISION, ya podrás hacerte socio de GOL TELEVISION.
4. Introduce la tarjeta GOL TELEVISION en el decodificador o dispositivo CAM del televisor con TDT integrado (consulte en el manual de instrucciones del decodificador o dispositivo CAM como introducir la tarjeta en la posición correcta y en el manual de su televisor con TDT integrado como instalar el dispositivo CAM).
5. Para completar el proceso de alta, dispones de una de las siguientes opciones:
o - Si ya has facilitado sus datos en el establecimiento donde ha adquirido el decodificador o dispositivo CAM, puedes enviar un SMS* al 5676 con la palabra clave GOL seguida de un espacio y las 12 cifras del número de la tarjeta GOL TELEVISION.
o - Puedes completar el formulario de alta a través del portal de socios de GOL TELEVISION, siguiendo los pasos guiados en el propio portal.
o - Puedes llamar al servicio de atención de GOL TELEVISION, en el 902 433 601
6. Recuerda que has de mantener sintonizado el canal GOL TELEVISION hasta completar la activación de tu tarjeta. Esta operación puede durar varios minutos.
